Epstein III: Watch The Woman Who Accused Trump Of Raping Her At 13

The 2016 lawsuit was dropped before the election. Let's bring it back into public view.

Warning: This video contains very disturbing content documenting the accusation that Trump raped Jane Doe at the age of 13 as part of Jeffery Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring. Background on the case and observations to follow.

The Jane Doe/Katie Johnson Case

Long before the Access Hollywood tape broke in the late fall of 2016 there were already numerous credible accusations of rape and sexual assault against Donald Trump.

This was the most shocking — and the one that directly tied Trump to Jeffery Epstein and the sex trafficking operation that put him in prison.

Jane Doe/Katie Johnson originally filed the case in the spring of 2016. She told her story via an under-oath deposition. Her handler Tiffany [described in the video] was also deposed under oath — corroborating her account.

Here’s some broad background from Wikipedia:

In April 2016, an anonymous woman using the pseudonym "Katie Johnson" filed a lawsuit in California accusing both Trump and Jeffrey Epstein of forcibly raping her when she was 13 years old at underage sex parties at Epstein's Manhattan residence in 1994. The case was dismissed the following month. A second version of the lawsuit was filed in New York in June by the same woman as "Jane Doe" claiming to have been raped or sexually assaulted by the pair at four 1994 parties when she was 13. The lawsuit was refiled in September, and on November 2, Doe was scheduled to appear at a press conference at the office of Lisa Bloom before abruptly canceling; Bloom said Jane Doe had received multiple threats.

"I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop, but he did not," Jane Doe wrote in a formal declaration accompanying her recent suits. "Defendant Trump responded to my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. ... Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump's sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed."

The lawsuit was withdrawn two days later.

A July investigation by The Guardian said that the lawsuits appeared to be organized by Norm Lubow, "who has been associated in the past with a range of disputed claims involving celebrities including OJ Simpson and Kurt Cobain." Another prominent promoter of Doe's accusation was conservative, Never-Trump activist Steve Baer. Doe identified Trump from his TV show The Apprentice years after the attacks.

Observations

The above video was widely available online back in 2016. I shared the video and the scant mainstream coverage it got as much as possible.

Back then, I only had your average Facebook account with friends and colleagues who followed me over the years. I remember getting very few comments, shares, etc. when I tried to push this story. Even for my more political friends I think this was simply too hot to handle given its explosive nature.

I believe that was the case for the mainstream media as well — even though given all the credible accusations against Trump it was a very legitimate story to cover.

But, let’s be honest. Most people (media included) thought Trump would not win in 2016, so why dig deeper into something so horrific and combustible?

And then there’s the Epstein connection. Whether individuals were guilty of crimes or not — Epstein’s list of friends is a literal who’s who of elite and wealthy people from all segments of society — politics, business, academia, media, entertainment, sports.

Was there literal censorship from news organizations? Probably. But there was very likely a great deal of self-censoring amongst journalists as well.

They were likely waiting for the press conference by the alleged victim and her well-known lawyer. The one that was cancelled days before the 2016 election — after the Access Hollywood tape was made public.

I think it’s common-sense clear that Doe/Johnson was paid off by Trump.

He has been widely-known for making those around him sign Non-Disclosure Agreements in every aspect of his life. Who knows how many other women have been scared to come forward with even more allegations given the fear of financial ruin. Or the threat of worse. As Stormy Daniels documented under oath.

I’ve continued to track developments in this story since 2016.

The Guardian [mentioned in the Wikipedia overview] kept digging into some of the shady characters around the story. And, yes, some of the characters involved are suspect, as are some of the details on how things went down.

You could call Lisa Bloom into question as well. She did, after all, advise Harvey Weinstein in that monsters case. But, like her mother Gloria Allred, most of her career has been devoted to supporting women claiming sexual harassment at the hands of powerful men. Both may be controversial in some cases, but most would agree that they’ve been on the right and moral side of this issue most of the time.

As for the accusations themselves?

I think they ring 100% true — down to every disgusting detail [germs, his daughter Ivanka] that were not nearly as common-knowledge at the time. It also follows the pattern of the dozens and dozens of rape and sexual abuse allegations made against Trump over decades — by women from every walk of life.

And it also perfectly aligns with under oath testimony from the numerous criminal and civil cases filed against Jeffery Epstein.

During the 2024 election this Jane Doe case briefly reappeared on social media. But, it still remains mostly untouched by mainstream media.

Lastly, let me address a common comment I’m getting sharing these article — that MAGA doesn’t care and we’re wasting our time on the topic. I agree that core MAGA is beyond reach. But, there are millions of new voters since 2016 and low-information voters that can be reached. There’s also the absolute morality of it all.
