Here's a playlist I compiled for Sir Paul's 83rd birthday.

No single artist has brought more joy to my life than Paul McCartney.

I’m far from alone in that, but I do think I’m in a more exclusive club who has followed and celebrated his underrated solo career more than most. I made this playlist when Paul turned 80. I easily added three more songs to match the age.

And while it has tons of iconic songs that imbedded in our cultural DNA, it has a good amount that you may not know.

It’s almost impossible to put in words how I feel about this man.

But, I will say, that when you listen to the totality of his 60+ year career you get a much better sense of what a stunning and diverse catalog he has created.

It’s seemingly impossible. McCartney is one of the most famous and celebrated musicians ever and yet still under appreciated.
